How this score is worked out

Toppz

It operates under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO); iGaming Ontario (iGO). The operator is TWHG Inc. The lobby holds 2,400+ games. Games come from Pragmatic, PlaynGo, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax, Blueprint, Push Gaming, Just for the Win, Microgaming, Iron Dog.

We did not find a minimum deposit on the pages we read. Withdrawals are stated as pending for 1-2 days; once approved, up to 3 working days to reach your account. Accounts are held in CAD. Support is available around the clock: live chat, email.

Bonuses

100% Match Bonus up to $200 plus 25 Bonus Spins on your first deposit, 50% Match Bonus up to $400 plus 50 Bonus Spins on your second deposit, 75% Match Bonus up to $400 plus 60 Bonus Spins on your third deposit

Wagering on this offer is 40x (total bonus amount, deposit, and bonus spins winnings). That multiplier decides whether the bonus is worth taking: it is the amount that has to be staked before anything won from the bonus can be withdrawn, and a high figure can outweigh a generous headline percentage.

Open the full explanation of this card

How this card is built

A field on this card is filled when we found the fact on the casino's own site — its terms, its banking or help pages, or the licence line in the footer. Where we recorded the page a fact came from, the card links to it under the summary, and the current wording there is what applies.

That method sets the limit of what a card can tell you. It records what a company says about itself; it does not record what happens after a deposit. Nobody here has played at these casinos, so there is no player rating and no editorial verdict behind the fields. Where the card carries a score, it measures the fields themselves — how many of the six things we check this brand puts in writing — and nothing about what happens once money is in the account.

So the card is a list of claims, not a conclusion.

What a licence establishes, and what it leaves open

A licence means a regulator accepted an application, attached conditions to it, and keeps a file on the company. Behind it usually sit obligations: player funds held apart from operating money, age and identity checks, a defined complaints route, and the regulator's power to fine, suspend or revoke. Those duties are enforceable by a party that is not the operator.

A licence does not promise an outcome for one account: not that a withdrawal will be quick, that a bonus dispute will be decided your way, or that terms will stay as written. It also says nothing about whether the site accepts players from where you live — that is a separate clause in the terms.

Regimes differ in what they demand and how far their protection reaches. The card prints the regulator the operator names; the terms for comparing regimes are in the glossary and the academy.

The licence number and the public register

A regulator's name is a claim; a licence number makes it checkable where the register lists numbers. Where a regulator keeps a public register, it is searchable by number or company name, and the register, not the footer, is the authority. Not every register lists numbers: Kahnawake's lists operators and their domains, so there the company and the domain are what to look for.

Mismatches are not automatically sinister: brands move between group companies, domains are added late, registers lag behind paperwork. But a number that returns nothing is a fact worth having before money moves.

Payout time is processing time, not arrival time

When an operator states a withdrawal time, it describes its own step: the interval between the request and the moment the payment is released from its side — the only part of the journey it controls.

The stages it excludes come next. Identity verification may be triggered by a first withdrawal or a threshold, and it pauses everything until documents are accepted. A pending window, where the terms set one, holds the request for a period in which it can be reversed back into the balance. After release, the method sets the pace: card refunds and bank transfers move on banking days.

Read the printed figure as the first segment of a longer line. Method-by-method notes are collected in payments.

Withdrawal limits and a large win

A withdrawal limit caps how much can leave an account within a period — a day, a week, a month. It is an ordinary cash-flow and anti-fraud instrument, invisible while balances are small.

It becomes the decisive term the moment a win is large. As a worked example with invented figures: a monthly ceiling of 5,000 against a balance of 50,000 pays out over ten months. Nothing there is a delay or a dispute — it is the published rule working as written.

Limits are often not single numbers. They can differ by payment method, by account status, and by whether the balance came from a jackpot, which some terms exempt or settle in instalments. Those exceptions are worth reading in advance.

Bonus conditions outweigh bonus size

The headline of a bonus is a number; its cost is in the conditions. Wagering is the first of them, and it is a definition rather than a market figure: a 40x requirement on a bonus of 100 means 4,000 must be staked before the bonus balance, or winnings from it, can be withdrawn.

Other clauses move the value as far. A maximum stake applies while wagering, and one bet above it can void the balance. Game categories contribute at different rates, set per campaign, so play on a low-contributing game clears less than the stake suggests. A maximum cashout caps what bonus winnings convert to, expiry windows end the offer whether or not it is cleared, and a deposit paid alongside a bonus may be locked until the terms are met.

A smaller offer with light conditions can be worth more than a larger one with heavy conditions. Offer terms are collected in bonuses.

When a value is not found

“Not found” is not a zero and not a criticism. It means we did not find the value on the pages we read when the card was built; it does not mean the casino never publishes it.

The reasons are ordinary. Some figures appear only in a jurisdiction-specific version of the terms, or inside a document rather than on a page. Some carry no value at all — a promise that withdrawals are handled promptly is a sentence, not a number. Rather than fill the gap with an average or a guess, the card says so or leaves the line out.

In practice a missing value is a question to ask support in writing before depositing.

Each field, read twice

The same line can be read for what it settles and for what it leaves to you.

Other cards are in casinos. Game and studio pages are built differently — from a compiled directory of titles and suppliers, not from the studios' own pages. Where each section takes its values from, and what is deliberately absent, is set out in about.
