All collections

Each collection applies one rule to the 145 brands in the rating: a figure or a term we found on the brand's own pages. The number is how many brands match it.

How this selection is built

The brands here were picked by the rule printed above, applied to the same data the rating shows, not by an opinion. A casino appears because we found the thing this page is about on its own pages — a payout window in hours, a deposit of ten or less, a printed licence number. Where we found nothing on the subject, the brand is absent rather than assumed.

That also means a selection can be shorter than it looks like it should be. For many brands we did not find a payout time or a deposit minimum on the pages we read, and a page that guessed on their behalf would be worse than a short list. A printed licence number is not always one a reader can look up either: Kahnawake's register lists operators and their domains, not numbers.

The score in the second column counts only how much of what we check a brand puts in writing on its own pages. It is not a test of the casino, and a dash means we hold too little of that brand's own figures to work anything out. How this score is worked out.

See the whole rating

How a collection page is assembled

A collection page is a filter applied to the rating, not an editorial shortlist. An entry appears here because we found the relevant fact on the casino's own site — a payments page, a terms section, a help-centre article, a footer line.

The claim belongs to the operator, and the card it sits on links to the operator's own site. The rows are ordered by the disclosure score, highest first. That score measures how much of what we check a brand puts in writing, not how good the casino is, so a row near the top is better documented, not better. Brands without a score come after the rest, with the reason beside the dash.

Where we did not find a value on the pages we read, the cell says “Not found”. That describes our reading, not the casino behind it.

Why a collection is shorter than it looks

An attribute is taken from what we found on an operator's own pages, so a brand where we found nothing on the subject does not enter the collection. The gap has ordinary causes: the statement sits in a document that was not read, or in a language version that differs from the one indexed, or it is phrased as a condition rather than a fact, or the page changed after the record was made.

A missing brand is therefore not a brand without the attribute. A collection answers the question "which casinos did we find stating X", not "which casinos do X". Those two lists overlap, and neither contains the other.

Read a collection as a floor rather than a census. If a brand you are looking for is absent, the next step is its own pages, not this list.

What "payout in hours" actually says

Processing time is the interval an operator gives between accepting a withdrawal request and releasing the money to the payment channel. That is the clock being quoted. It normally excludes identity checks, the time the bank or provider takes on its own leg, weekends where the operator observes them, and any pending or reversal window during which a request can be cancelled.

The figure was not measured here. Nobody on this site withdrew money from these casinos, and no timing was recorded from the inside. What is printed is the operator's own statement about its handling, so the wording can be compared rather than the headline number.

Conditions usually travel with the promise: a verified account, the same method used for the deposit, a different rule for the first withdrawal, or a cap per request or per period. Two casinos can quote the same window and mean different things by it. The stages of a withdrawal are described under payments, and the terms used in them are defined in the glossary.

What a licence tells you, and what it does not

A licence names the rulebook an operator works under and the office that hears complaints about it. It is an address, not a grade. A collection built on a regulator answers whose rules apply, and nothing else.

Regulators differ in what they require and in what they publish: segregated player funds, advertising limits, self-exclusion schemes, dispute procedures, the register in which a licence holder is listed. Those differences are real, and they are visible in the regulator's own documents rather than in the appearance of the casino site.

In practice a complaint runs through the operator's own procedure first, then to the regulator or to whatever adjudication body that regulator names. Knowing which licence applies tells a reader where that path leads before it is needed.

Reading a row

Each row carries the same parts, and each part has a narrow meaning.

What you seeWhat it meansWhat it does not mean
A value in a cellThe operator published thisThat it was verified in play
“Not found” in a cellWe did not find a statement on the pages we readThat the casino lacks the attribute, or never publishes it
A stated time windowThe handling the operator promisesThe time between request and money in hand
A licence nameThe rules and the complaint routeA ranking of one regulator over another
A scoreHow much of what we check the brand puts in writingHow good the casino is, or how it treats a player
A dash instead of a scoreToo few of the brand's own figures to work one out, or figures removed until its official site is readA low score

A row is a pointer back to the operator's own pages. Where those pages have changed, they settle it.

Narrowing a list further

The filters on /casinos/ can be combined. Filtering by a payment method and then by a licence produces a list where both statements exist. Each step adds a condition the reader chose rather than a preference someone else applied, and the result is narrower than either filter on its own.

Intersection also multiplies silence. As an arithmetic example only: if one filter matches 12 casinos and another 8, the overlap can be anything from 0 to 8, and every brand where we found one attribute but not the other drops out of the result even when it has both. Each filter you add makes the answer sharper and the omissions larger.

A workable order is to narrow by the attribute that decides the question, read the surviving cards in full through the casino list, and treat the remaining attributes as reading notes rather than as further filters.

What this page does not do

There are no player ratings and no editorial verdicts here, by design. No one on this site played at these casinos, so a grade for how one treats a player would be an impression dressed as a measurement. The score in the second column measures something narrower and says so: how much of what we check the brand puts in writing on its own pages. It decides the order of the rows, and it is not a verdict on the casino. Where we did not find a value on the pages we read, the cell says “Not found”.

That leaves the judgement with the reader, which is where it can actually be made. The site supplies what the operator published and, where we recorded the page it came from, links to it.

The method behind the records is described on the about page, recurring questions are answered in the FAQ, and the full set of sections is listed on the site map.
